  • Sign-In sheet for all students (Name, Teacher, Purpose of Visit)
  • Use of a Visit Form that documents the visit and work accomplished
    • Visit Form is signed off by Teacher at end of visit
    • Scanned Visit Form is shared with Classroom Teacher
  • Teacher Supervision and Tutoring is present

Phase Two:
- Second Semester of 2011-12
- Implemenation of Student Tutoring Program

Purpose and Use of The Learning Center:
- Drop-In with an Academic Purpose with Tutoring Support
- Teacher or Student Initiated from Class
- Groups of Students studying with a Tutor
- Intervention Team Initiated with Classroom Teacher Direction
- Table available for Classroom Teachers to Tutor Students
- No Make-up Testing or Quizzing
- No Make-up Studying or Work
- Staff and Student Tutors can eat lunch
